The Leaders of Design
Our ongoing relationship with The Leaders of Design provides exciting opportunities for creative collaboration and design inspiration. We regularly partner with their global community of talented designers and architects on their most important projects.
NIBA Designs has been a proud sponsor of three prestigious international Leaders of Design annual conferences – the 2024 conference in Stockholm, Sweden; the 2023 conference in Israel; and the 2022 conference in Brugge, Belgium.
In addition to spearheading new design partnerships, our association with The Leaders of Design provides access to exquisite design destinations, amazing educational opportunities and breathtaking art and architecture that stir our imaginations and spark new collections.
Institute of Classical Architecture and Art
The Institute of Classical Architecture and Art (ICAA), arguably the most recognized organization of its kind, is dedicated to promoting and preserving the practice, understanding, and appreciation of classical design.
At NIBA Designs, we never stop learning or seeking out new sources of inspiration. Our membership in the ICAA provides travel programs to visit classical masterpieces, continuing education for design professionals, and access to premiere networking events.
Being part of ICAA’s diverse and dynamic membership base brings us together with like-minded professionals who share our passion for enduring, beautiful design, providing unique opportunities to exchange creative ideas and form new and rewarding collaborations.
GoodWeave International
We’re committed to adhering to the highest standards of integrity in the production of our rugs. That’s why we partner with GoodWeave International.
GoodWeave’s mission is to stop illegal child labor in the rug industry. As a licensed GoodWeave importer, we work with only GoodWeave-licensed producers, ensuring that our rugs are made without child, forced or bonded labor.
We also donate a percentage of each rug purchase to support GoodWeave’s child-rescue and education programs and improve working conditions for adults in producer communities.
At NIBA Designs, we’re doing our part to protect children, safeguard adult workers and keep artistic weaving crafts alive for generations to come.
